By utilising MJH Personal Training or MJH Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching services, you acknowledge that meal plans issued are not aimed to diagnose, treat, prescribe or cure any medical conditions. The meal plans issued are to guide and provide advice to compliment and support your fitness goals solely. You acknowledge that you understand that MJH Personal Training and MJH Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching services meal plans are recommendations and advice only and that you should seek the advice of a registered dietician or doctor if you feel you have a medical condition to diagnose, prescribe or treat any nutritional based issues.

Refund Policy:

All products sold on this website are non-refundable, due to the nature of the products being digital with the inability to actually ‘return’ a physical product.

There are no refunds for MJH Personal Training and MJH Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching services purchases unless mitigating circumstances change and agreed by Michael Hayward.

Subscription Cancellation Policy:

4 weeks notice is required across all of MJH Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching subscriptions unless otherwise agreed.

A cancellation fee will be applied if 4 weeks notice is not given and will be charged and a % of total monthly cost relevent to subscription.

3 weeks – 25%

2 weeks – 50%

1 week – 75%
